By downloading, you agree to all terms and conditions of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL).
To install XWorkplace, you need the WarpIN installer. Download the latest WarpIN installer from this site. You cannot install these archives otherwise.

XWorkplace V0.9.14 and higher require WarpIN V0.9.14 or higher. I recommend upgrading WarpIN to V0.9.16 though as well because that will prevent your existing XWorkplace objects (such as your present XCenter) from being deleted during install.

Versions before V0.9.14 are WPI archives (for WarpIN as well). Hold down the "Shift" key while clicking on the links because Netscape doesn't know WPI files and might otherwise save the file in text mode, which causes corrupt downloads.
The binary archives each include English National Language Support (NLS). Other NLS packages might be listed below, though I am not claiming that the list is complete. Check the mailing lists for announcements of other NLS packages.

Do not attempt to run XWorkplace with an NLS package that does not have a matching version number. Most importantly, do not try to install XFolder NLS packages with XWorkplace.
Starting with V0.9.19, you can retrieve the source code for each version by using a specific CVS tag, since tagging finally works on Netlabs.

Apply the following sequence (see the cvs page for an introduction):
1. Create a home directory, if you don't have one.
2. ```

3. Create a X:\cvs\xworkplace directory on some drive and change to that directory.
4. ```
SET CVSROOT=:pserver:guest@www.netlabs.org:/netlabs.cvs/xworkplace

cvs checkout -r tag .

  where tag is the tag listed in the "Sources" column below.
5. Create a X:\cvs\xwphelpers directory on the same drive and change to that directory.
